Do you accept walk-ins?

  • ​We are currently offering our services by appointment only.

Do you cut children's hair?

  • We do not provide our services for infants and small children. A child must be tall enough to sit in our chairs and reach the headrest without assistance. ​

 

I'm running late, what are my options?

  • Please do not arrive late to your appointment; our barbers have separated this time just for you.

  • You have a 10 min. grace period for arriving and being situated with your barber (in their chair). 

  • If you arrive after the 10 min. grace period, there is a possibility that you will not be accommodated. If this happens, your $10 deposit will NOT be refunded. 

  • If you miss your appointment, your $10 deposit will NOT be refunded.

How do I cancel my appointment?

  • If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you have up to 24 hrs. prior to your session to do so.

  • Please reply to your appointment email or contact us at contactus@elcortepr.com so that we may initiate a refund for you.

  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs. of your session, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

 

How do I reschedule my appointment?​

  • If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you have up to 24 hrs. prior to your session to do so.

  • To reschedule your appointment within the allowed time frame you can do 1 of 3 things:

  1. You can log in to your account (using the same email as you did for your appointment) and make the change yourself.

  2. Reply to your appointment email or contact us at contactus@elcortepr.com.

  3. Send us a message through our contact form.
