Do you accept walk-ins?

​Not at the moment. We are currently offering our services by appointment only.

Do you cut children's hair?

We do not provide our services for infants or small children. A child must be tall enough to sit in our chairs and reach the headrest without assistance. We recommend taking children to salons that specialize in cutting children's hair. ​
I'm running late, what are my options?

Please do not arrive late to your appointment; our barbers have separated this time just for you.

You have a 10 min. grace period for arriving and being situated with your barber (in their chair).

If you arrive after the 10 min. grace period, there is a possibility that you will not be accommodated. If this happens, your $10 deposit will NOT be refunded.

If you miss your appointment, your $10 deposit will NOT be refunded.

If you will not be able to make it to your appointment you can send us a courtesy message here.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you have up to 24 hrs. prior to your session to do so.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs. of your session, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

To cancel your appointment within the allowed time frame you can:​
